Description

The old ticket associated with "aps2 satrad netcdf monitoring" was at https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/ticket/2. Now it has been moved to accessdev.nci.org.au.

This ticket is associated with the svn repository at (URL): https://access-svn.nci.org.au/svn/utils/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon

First revision of the "netcdf satrad monitoring" (fully tested and working) was added to the branch:

https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/browser/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon/netcdf_satrad_monitoring

Documentation describing the package is:

https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/browser/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon/netcdf_satrad_monitoring/docs/user_guide.pdf

Scripts to test the package are:

https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/browser/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon/netcdf_satrad_monitoring/scripts/test_satrad_compute_stats.ksh

and

https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/browser/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon/netcdf_satrad_monitoring/scripts/test_time_series_plots.ksh

To create your own branch to use and test the package:

fcm branch-create --branch-of-branch “name” “branchURL”

where “name” is a string which identifies the name of your branch and “branchURL” is the URL of the satrad branch (https://access-svn.nci.org.au/svn/utils/branches/dev/ffb548/r557_aps2_satrad_mon)

"fcm branch-create" creates your branch in “dev/”, in other words your branch URL is: https://access-svn.nci.org.au/trac/utils/browser/branches/dev/<user>/rXXX_name
