Can Accessdev trac tickets be used for user level issue tracking

hi everyone

Imtiaz Dharssi put in the ticket 121 and wishes to use the Accessdev ticket system for user level issue tracking similarly to the sysadmin issue tracking.

Can the Accessdev ticket system be modified to accommodate this ?
What needs to be done to allow this to happen ?
Or is there a separate solution ?

Suggestions on how to proceed ?

I'm happy for users to create tickets here. Triage may require some thought for deciding on who should get notified on issues, though perhaps that can be left to users to decide in the first instance.

When the shared repository comes online that's probably a preferable solution for science tickets, since you've got all users in a central location

I've created a component 'ACCESS Model' for science issues to go in (and relabelled the other components while I was at it) as well as deleted the milestone section.
